We’re pretty excited to have stumbled upon this little gem. Except it’s not little, it’s massive.

In fact, it ticks so many of our categories we don’t know where to put it.

And as NHS workers we have been granted FREE and UNLIMITED access to the entire 3-day virtual wellness event that is LIVE LIFE WELL WEEKENDER.

What’s more – all monies raised from the general public go to NHS charities together COVID-10 appeal.

What is it?

Virtual wellness event happening THIS weekend 8-10th May.

A jam-packed schedule full of talks and workshops hosted by experts and industry leaders.

Topics include:

  • health and fitness
  • looking after your mental health
  • managing stress and anxiety
  • relationships and loneliness
  • safeguarding your children
  • organising your finances
  • working from home
  • home-schooling and studying
  • taking care of yourself and your family emotionally and physically

Check out the impressive timetable – from juniors to seniors – there really does seem to be something for everyone.

Sign me up, how do I get in?

Go to the Live Life Well Weekender homepage, scroll down past ‘Get your tickets’ until you see ‘Apply for free tickets’ highlighted in yellow, under the ‘happiful’ logo.

Fill in the form with an NHS or doctors.org email, OR just tell them @keepwellNHS sent you, and you will be sent a special frontline workers registration link via email.

It’s normally £10 per household for General Admission but FREE for you (thank you LifeLifeWell!). Only one ticket needed per household.

Spend a little time deciding what talks/workshops you want to do, you’ll be asked to register for them in advance..

Working this weekend?

Fear not, talks will be available to stream after the weekend at a time that suits you. Just make sure you register for your chosen events in advance.

Did you know?

The weekend is also free for school, university and college students; as well as those in need who are on low incomes or unemployed as a result of the pandemic.
